Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By purchasing a word, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

4. Word Ownership and Tiers

Words are sold as one-time symbolic ownerships. Ownership is tiered (e.g., Timeless, Signature, Legacy, Immortal) and comes with specific benefits as listed on our site. Ownership is limited to our digital platform and certificate and is non-transferable unless approved.

5. Gifting and Transfer Requests

Words may be gifted or transferred. Transfers require admin review and approval to maintain platform integrity. Once a word is transferred, the original owner relinquishes all claims.

6. Digital Certificates

All word purchases include a digital certificate delivered via email. Certificates are also accessible in your user dashboard after purchase.

7. Use of Platform

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or rights of others
• Attempt to misuse or reverse-engineer platform functionality
• Submit or distribute harmful or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or cancel word listings that violate these terms or harm the brand.

All content on this site — including design, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by Cherish Innovations Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss arising from errors, downtime, or platform changes
